The project comprised of the construction of a double storey extension to the existing Land Rover showroom for Vertu Motors PLC.

The work included concrete foundations and ground floor slab, steel frame, low pitch standing seam aluminium roof, glass curtain walling, metal external wall cladding, blockwork and metal stud partitions and fitting out comprising of services, joinery, finishes and fittings.

Externals Works including incoming services, drainage and hard & soft landscaping.
